Kezdetek / The beginnings

Már nem is emlékszem, mikor kezdtünk el beszélni a hosszabb dél-amerikai utazás gondolatáról, évekkel ezelőtt volt. Valahogy mindig egy ábrándos mesének tűnt nekem a gondolat, de most úgy tűnik, tévedtem. Február elejére szólnak a repjegyeink Rio de Janeiro-ba. Úgyhogy itt az ideje befejezni az ábrándozást és nekilátni a tervezésnek helyette.

De kik is vagyunk mi? A Şimşekék. Én, Ivett, a kereső, aki mindenbe szeretne belekóstolni. B., a polgárpukkasztó sajátutas, férj, barát, apuka, álmodozó és kalandor. És ZG. aki a világ legédesebb kisbabája. De elsőbabás anyaként elfogult vagyok.

We have started to talk about the idea of a longer trip to South America ages ago. And it never really seemed to me more than a dreamy fairy tale which never comes true. But it seems I was wrong. We have our ticket to Rio de Janeiro on the beginning of February. So it's high time to stop daydreaming and start the real planning.

But who are we? The Şimşek's. Me, Ivett. The one who is looking for something, the one who wants to try everything. B. who doesn't like to follow the way of other people and who is happy to emphasize this in order to see their reactions. He is a husband, a friend, a dad, a dreamer and an adventurer. And ZG. who is the cutest baby ever. But I'm a first-time mum so I'm a little biased.
